Leo began his career in upscale commercial construction in Boston, and brought his experience and expertise to high-end residential construction in the Roaring Fork Valley – from Rifle and New Castle to Glenwood Springs.

Jessica is a first-generation Polish American who loves the outdoors and co-owns two fitness facilities in the Valley with her husband, Kevin. His job as a construction project engineer has schooled her in home-building essentials, which her clients value — as much as her avid business skills, and the ability to juggle appointments, critical deadlines and multiple schedules! Jessica likes connecting buyers and sellers and being part of what is always a special moment, especially for first-timers. You’ll often see her with her two young boys in tow — as she works hard to make transactions as stress-free as possible for both sides!

Joni Busby is a real estate marketing whiz, former California realtor and Emmy-award winning TV producer (THE DOCTORS) who traded the grind of Hollywood for a slice of paradise in the Roaring Fork Valley. After a year teaching documentary filmmaking at CMC, she signed on with a veteran developer to help market three master-planned communities in Denver. Joni’s clients appreciate her authenticity, positive energy and communication skills. Besides being passionate about matching people and places, she loves a competitive game of pickleball, 4.5-star audiobooks and clutter-freeing tips from Marie Kondo.
